こんにちは。 iSCSIのストレージのレスポンスが急激に低下した場合に出ているイベントです。ハード障害の可能性もあるかもしれませんが、ストレージ側がボトルネックの場合とiSCSI用のネットワーク側の問題の可能性の両方が想定されます。イベントが出ているタイミングで、ゲストマシンが充分にパフォーマンスが発揮できないリスクがあります。この観点で調査されてみてはいかがでしょうか？
