I'm not sure whether I can help. This looks like a VM where some manual configuration was done in the past. Only one of the snapshot files is referenced in the .log file and the base virtual disk "C:\VM\Win7_Work\Windows 7 x64.vmdk" (note the different folder) doesn't seem to exist anymore. Did you delete this folder and do you have a backup to restore it?

Other than this there are tons of .vmdk files which point to a physical disk (attached to the VM's ide0:0 controller) and I think - not sure though - this could be a result of "Autoprotect" being enabled for the VM.

What I would recommend is that you backup all the VM's files (all relevant folders) so that you can at least revert to the current state if thing become worse.
