'm not an Apple fan-boy nor a PC fan - I want best of both worlds, am prepared to pay for it and would like an easier life and for things to work reliably.
If you can't resolve issues yourself and you don't mind paying for it then you may want to consider taking your Mac to a professional and get some help with it.
